In order to build buildings with No Power Consumption, you must lay down a power building first if it is outside the power reach zone. If you do not, you must destroy your building then rebuild it.

All was good. I just wish the power would go back to normal once I deactivated the cheat.
For some of us playing certain games is too hard and that little extra help of unlimited energy etc can be the difference of enjoyment over frustration. Thank you.
I like the game but I'd appreciate a save command. After spending an hour or so it would be nice to save the position and pick up from where I left off later in the day, not so good the way it is.
